World Jesus Institute is excited to announce our newest Bible fundraiser with our partner church Bliss Heaven's Dew Ministry, (BHDM), in Ghana Africa! Pastor Emmanuel Akai leads roughly 50 believers through weekly worship and Biblical teaching. Along Pastor Emmanuel's side, his faithful wife and family serve the Lord through their ministry as a part of fulfilling the Great Commission.
This fundraiser's aim is to equip BHDM with 40 pew Bibles in which members of the church can follow along during sermons with personal study and reflection. A need for a projector and screen has also came up to help the church body study scripture and worship. Having these tools for members allows them to learn God's Word in greater detail in order for the Holy Spirit to illuminate and guide them personally in the scriptures. Due to economic and societal complications, it is difficult for churches in this region to acquire Bibles and technology.
BHDM is a charismatic Bible-believing church that sees Jesus Christ as the Chief founder and sole owner. BHDM serves the Lord Jesus through praying, counseling, holding Sunday school, practicing communion, hosting various altar services, and holding multiple programs throughout the year. These programs are evangelical in their nature and aim to bring those in the church closer to Jesus as well as to introduce others to Christ’s redemptive mission. These programs include monthly revival, quarterly worship nights, and yearly congress with guest speakers and more. BHDM also has a devout children's ministry throughout the year.
Pastor Emmanuel Akai

Pastor Akai studied at Greenhills Bible College and Pentecost University College to achieve certificates in Biblical theology and church administration. Pastor Akai began Bliss Heavens Dew Ministry in 2018 when he received the necessary certificate of incorporation for the ministry. Before opening BHDM, Pastor Akai led various evangelical missions by partnering with local churches and sharing the Gospel with those on his college campus. Through these outreaches, the Holy Spirit used him to bring people into the churches he partnered with. He currently teaches at his church BHDM with his wife and family by his side.
